Description
a user should be able to select his avatar from libravatar, Gravatar (if there is one) or upload a new.

also there should be a workflow for a new user after first login to fill out his profile.
- select or upload avatar
- fill out self description
- link to homepage
- upload your first media
but that is another thing...
