Description
In the OpenStreetMap plugin, there is the copyright statment of the OpenStreetMap license that reads CC-BY-SA. I believe that's wrong because it changed a year or two ago. Now the data is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL), but as it says at:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright
if using map tiles (which is the case in the plugin), the cartography is licensed as CC-BY-SA. As far as I got it, both information should be stated. For more details on copyright and attribution check the provided link.

This would be taken care of with my proposed patch in issue 410

Fixup target version, so it's possibly easier to write release notes.
TL;DR: I believe if we state CC_BY_SA and link to their copyright page, we are fine.
I have not seen the OpenStreetMap plugin in action yet, so excuse me if I am saying irrelevant stuff. This is from http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright:
Their example simply states "(c) OpenStreetMap contributors" with OpenStreetMap being a link to the above copyright page. So, I believe if we state CC_BY_SA and link to their copyright page, we are fine.
