Description

This is something easy, and probably something many people want.

  • Add a new option to the config spec
  • Check that option in the relevant registration views
  • (Possibly) hide the registration link from the website.

Tagging with "2 hours" (not as simple as "1 hour" tasks, but someone new to the project should be able to handle this with some time).
