"file correctly uploaded" bar is misleading

Description

With my new fresh installation of MG I added a sample picture.
Then the system said on the green bar "file correctly uploaded"
but in the same page there was also written "you haven't already added files"

Screenshot attached.
I'm currently testing the dave thompson 421-mysql branch which is up to date with master.

Hm, okay, so this is partly an issue of phrasing.

A file *has* been added, but there's nothing to show yet because no media has been processed.

We could use better phrasing... I'm open to suggestions...

Summary: No file uploaded yet with green bar "file correctly uploaded""file correctly uploaded" bar is misleading

I've changed the title of this bug to: "file correctly uploaded" bar is misleading

I agree this could use an update. I think it's more a graphic design / phrasing issue than a code review one. Relatedly, we should be showing progress as things transcode, but that's a separate issue (and I think is one).

I don't think there's any reason for this to be tied to a specific release. That doesn't mean it isn't important (I'd love to see it fixed!), just that it isn't release critical.
