Description
My gmg_localfiles has a import_files.py file for importing. ( https://github.com/Velmont/gmg_localfiles )
It'd be nice to rather get a new gmg command when you have installed the plugin.

I've attached a patch that allows plugins to register commands. Ready for review - Boris would you mind taking a look?
