Filename/no file selected label font color on Mac is black

On submit view the file field label is black on Mac and thus barely
visible on dark grey background. Pls, see attachement

This sounds like a bug to me (not feature request).
And it sounds like Graphics Design/UI to me.
Feel free to change if I'm getting this wrong.

I'm assuming that the file chooser only appears as such on Mac OS
X. However I don't have a Mac myself and I haven't been able to
find anything online about how to fix this.

Does anyone know the CSS changes needed to give this text the
regular body text color?

I'm seeing this issue only in Safari. I've got Mac OS 10.6.8 and
Safari 5.1

This appears to be an issue with Safari 5.1 not inheriting font color properly. I've managed to test Safari 6 to 8, they seem to have fixed this.

Closing this as "won't fix" as Apple aren't supporting Safari 5.1 anymore.
