I've enabled it with the setting of 1 day for now to be safe, I'll bump it up when I'm sure there are no issues.

Hmm, looks as though Simon doesn't have an email address configured on Trac, so won't have seen the above comment.

Hi Simon,
https://issues.mediagoblin.org appears to now have HSTS set for 1 year, but the https://wiki.mediagoblin.org only for 1 day. Could you update the wiki for consistency please?
