La nueva funcion puede ser otorgada con el poder de una base de datos mas.

Cada usuario deberá indexar todo lo que ve en el video.

ejemplo: Si subo un video de un hombre dentro de un auto manejando por el barrio.

debería poner en la base de datos, que el video tiene dentro: un hombre, un auto, descripción total del hombre raza , pelo largo o pelo corto, marca del auto, color del auto.

Esto ayudara a los usuario a poder buscar mejor.

I guess this is currently too vaguely defined to do anything in this ticket.

Do you think it would contain only human-readable tags and descriptions? Then that could be added to the media pages already.

For anything more precise (meaningful, semantic) or embedded in the videos, we should refer to existing formats, search engines and databases. Making something new would take a big separate project, because anything semantic needs to be designed for compatibility, or will be simply plain text or a list.
