Description
So currently we have tests for migrations and the new foundations stuff, but we don't have any tests that use plugins. It would be great if someone wanted to write some tests for migrations and foundations from a plugin.

Would one purpose of this, outside of writing tests for those plugins, be to also create some kind of framework for creating unit tests for plugins in the future?
