http://pypi.python.org/pypi/mediagoblin/ is very outdated.
If the release process is documented that should probably include pushing to PyPi.

Done. And updated the release process notes.
The PyPI install currently (uselessly) points at the dev version, but we'll start pushing up the stable version starting with next release.
