Description
When subscribing to a remote media collection, a user might want to "mirror" the files published there. This could be a "diskgobbler" plugin if not in the core of mediagoblin.

As said in the ticket this is probably best done as a plugin. When we have federation the metadata will be federated so this could be implemented easier post-federation. The federation I'm implementing federates the metadata and if the server goes out to fetch the media it'll either get it on request or only cache it for a while just to prevent it taking too much disk space.
