[PATCH] Fix comments in docker-compose.yml

This patch fixes a typo in the docker-compose.yml file and simplifies the manual commands:

Hi Michael,

Thanks very much for the contribution and again sorry about the delay in replying. I've restructured the docker-compose.yml and Dockerfiles a little since this change with the aim to make it more useful for interactive development, so I'll close this ticket without merging.

I didn't know mkdir had a mode option, thanks!
