Description
"Add media" and "Create new collection" should be present out of the drop down menu. This will improve the UX.

Sorry, but I am against this. Dropdown menu is one more click to make, and I really dislike clicking.
But since mediagoblin supports themes, maybe it could be implemented in a new theme.
