Description
Current instructions are for python2. Some packages in debian repos are not python-*, but python3-*.

I added the most basic version of this to the deployment docs. I think it's good enough for the release. If someone has improvements, feel free to reopen and attach to the ticket, or open a new one.
I'd also be open to the idea of making the Python 3 instructions the default, but maybe we should do that after this release.
