I certainly understand the frustration. We've been battling this for months.
I've just tweaked the spamfilter settings on the Trac instance. I've lowered the scoring of the Bayesian filter, and I've (hopefully) enabled a text/image-based CAPTCHA system that should allow you to overcome a post marked as spam by the Bayesian filter. I hope this helps.

Maybe one could ask the friendly Trac community for help.
They run public Trac instances and may have working filter settings.

I assume this is fixed based on the fact that I created a few tickets yesterday, including attachements of various kind.
This one worked, but I tried to enter another bug
and it had been wrongly detected as spam.
