Better titles in more places!

Description
Multiple places throughout the application don't have very nice or descriptive s. For example:
- http://mediagoblin.com/u/cwebber/ should have "cwebber's profile" in the title
- http://mediagoblin.com/u/cwebber/m/fear-of-flight/ should have "Fear of Flight" in the title
- http://mediagoblin.com/tag/creature/ should say "Media tagged with 'creature'"
- http://mediagoblin.com/u/cwebber/gallery/ should say "cwebber's main gallery" (or something less shitty :))
