Menu on mediagoblin.org front page appears below the line on Chrom(e|ium) — at Version 6

Description (last modified by Christopher Allan Webber)

On either Chrome on Mac, or Chromium on Ubuntu 11.10, the top right
menu on the front page of mediagoblin.org appears below the line
instead of above it. See screenshot.

The menu appears normally on every other page of the website, as
far as I can tell. It appears normally in Firefox on the same
OSes.

I noticed this problem weeks ago, but it seemed to fix itself. It
appears to be a periodic bug.

Ha, and when I refresh now (after several refreshes that did
**not** fix the problem, and 30 minutes) the menu appears normally
for me! Weird! Given that this bug has re-appeared before, though,
I expect it to come back.

Here's the screenshot. Take on Chrome on Mac, though it appears the
same way on my Ubuntu laptop.

Augh, why won't the bug tracker let me upload screenshots?! "1
file(s) could not be saved." It's a .png, dangit!

Trying again.

Well, that's highly frustrating.

Here's the screenshot, self-hosted for now, until the
screenshot-uploading functionality works again...

ShawnRisk reported the same bug. Attached is his screenshot.

He was using a Mac and the bug appeared in both Safari (5.1.2) and
Chrome (16.0.912.63), but not in Firefox.

After a while it appeared to be back to normal, though several
refreshes had been tried before that.
