Description
We need some sort of theme, any kind of theme :)
Some stuff mentioned here: http://docs.mediagoblin.org/vision.html#look-and-feel
but admittedly that's a bit vaporous. I'd love it if we could have a base theme that's dark, kind of tango-ish in colors and icons (could even use tango icons!) etc.

Jef, how done would you say this is? I say we have the basics pretty well coming together. As for a "base theme" ticket, does it make sense to keep this open, or should we make more incremental tickets?

Well, I figure we're at least halfway here. :)
Jef says he'll be working on formalizing a style guide later this week (which sounds awesome ;))

Since we do have a nice basic theme and are iterating on it, and since we also have http://bugs.foocorp.net/issues/359 open, I'm happy closing this.
