Icons could use transparent backgrounds

Recently we changed from a dark grey to a textured black
background. But the backgrounds of our icons aren't transparent!
This causes problems with the new background... see on the
right-hand sidebar:

Indeed they should! I'm still not sure if we want those "Edit" and
"Delete" links to be icons + text or look like actual buttons (or
both!). Nonetheless, any icons should be transparent.

Ok, so as I said I'm not sure if we're going to keep the "Edit" and
"Delete" icons. But we've also got a "Feed" icon that's used for
the Atom feed links.

I've transparentified (yes, that is a word) the "Feed" icon and put
it next to the atom links. I'll close this ticket for now, since
all the icons that are really needed have been made transparent.
