registration form fields don't fit within the designated region

Description

The whites of the form fields are extending beyond the form boundary. It looks like a formatting error to my eyes.

Hm, strange. I updated things to try and have the form fields stretch to the width of the form input area, but it looks like I borked things. Although the width of that form area looks really narrow on your machine...

Okay, yeah I see what happened. Not all forms have the same width! :) Anyway, fixed by setting the field width to 100%.

As its fixed, let it be part of 0.0.3, where it will end up. Should help writing release notes.
