Celery 3.1 is the last version to officially support Python 2.6

Similar to #966

Celery 3.2 or 4.0 or whatever it becomes hasn't been released yet, but Ask is planning on dropping Python 2.6

This is more of an FYI than an actual bug.

I think it makes sense then that we're going to have to just accept that 2.6 is going to go away. We can wait till one of our dependencies forces us though, probably.
