Right now I have issues-dev.mediagoblin.org setup. It uses the mysql db '''trac_dev''' instead of '''trac'''. There's what seems to be some database error, and you can't see tickets right now. I'll keep this updated as I fix things. 

What I want to do:
- Test out new plugins
- Think about switching to postgres as the backend db (do we gain anything with this? I should test speed differences. Do we care?)
- Anything else that needs testing before going to the live instance
