Description
i want an option be the only one who can see the media.
additional to all other permissions there must be an option to share via a private link. (like with youtube)
i use it very much to quickly share a video or photo with a single person that don't have a account at some plattform.
this is the only feature why i don't use mediagoblin instead of youtube!

To start, maybe a visibility flag that can be Public, Private, or Unlisted?
As a mediagoblin user, I can set my media item's visibility when I upload it.
As a mediagoblin user, I can set my media item's visibility when I edit it
As an external user, when I browse media, I can see only Public media entries
As an external user, I can access Unlisted media entries directly by URL
As an external user, I cannot access Private media entries at all
