The main README file for the project contains the following wording:

"* A place for people to collaborate and show off original and derived creations Free, as in freedom. We're a GNU project in the making, afterall."

The confusion is in the wording "...derived creations Free, as in freedom. We're a GNU project..."

It seems this is a typo and there should be a period after "creations", or the words "that are" placed after "creations". Depends on the intent of the statement, which I'm not sure of.

We're having some issues with getting PIL installed into the development environment. Chris talked with the deviantart folks and discovered they're not using PIL--they're using imagemagick.

This issue is for the following:

1. researching the pros/cons of switching
2. checking to see if there are other options
3. if it seems like a good idea and the other options aren't enticing, looking at switching GNU MediaGoblin over to using imagemagick
4. if 3 happens, then updating all the docs

We should make an atom feed so you can subscribe to users' posts.

We already have werkzeug as a dependency and it looks like that includes an atom feed generator:

Whomever works on this should:

• add the feed
• link to the feed on the user profile
• add appropriate metadata to the page so the browser indicates there's an available atom feed
