Used to be that the feed URL was set in the headers... that's not
the case any more. I don't know how to add it back to just that
section :)

On either Chrome on Mac, or Chromium on Ubuntu 11.10, the top right
menu on the front page of mediagoblin.org appears below the line
instead of above it. See screenshot.

The menu appears normally on every other page of the website, as
far as I can tell. It appears normally in Firefox on the same
OSes.

I noticed this problem weeks ago, but it seemed to fix itself. It
appears to be a periodic bug.

Ha, and when I refresh now (after several refreshes that did
**not** fix the problem, and 30 minutes) the menu appears normally
for me! Weird! Given that this bug has re-appeared before, though,
I expect it to come back.

On bug `#634 </issues/634>`_, I wanted to upload this screenshot:

This bugtracker would not let me. Got "1 file(s) could not be
saved.", every time.

It's a 344 KB .png file. Not extraordinarily large, or an unusual
format.

If we want the bugtracker to be useful for reporting visual/UI
bugs, this needs to be fixed.
